Hi, I'm in my 50s and dealing with past and recent trauma and looking to find a little support from ppl in my age group. I have CPTSD and had to leave my job. I can't remember ever not working so I'm trying to adjust. I have good and bad days and in need of kindness and understanding. Thx 💜ABB
