I feel like I am very narcissistic and I don’t think about other. I need help to be a better person. Advice???

It takes courage to come out and say that you think you're very narcissistic and want to become a better person!
Sometimes people do not think about others because they are so engaged with what is going on inside of them, are very withdrawn and simply don't have the energy anymore to care for others. Do you believe that could be the case with you?
