👋. New to this app.
Trying to figure out the ropes. I may sign up for konthly counseling.
I need some. However my 30 ur old son needs it more. He is so depressed and hates the world. He locks himself in his room and won't engage with people. Sleeps alot and games all night. Although he maintains a job, he lives at grandmas in Florida and is being kicked out. I want to help him find his way and be adulting more. I want him to move back to Michigan so i can help guide him pr maybe motivate him. But i need to know how to yhread those waters without a blowup. Help.

if he is being kicked out of grandmas is there a reason?
while it is commendable to want to help and this site seems very reasonable for counseling per month he need to want to do it .......
the old adage you can lead a horse to water but......
treading those waters is hard does he acknowledge his depression or share any information with others.... without him being on board in seeking help and being a willing participant you might need to wait until he reaches a place of discomfort ( rock bottom) so he seeks help for himself
i myself am struggling with a 30 yr old child making a big mistake but not listening to my gentle warnings.
