@sallymander36 Everyone who comes here has s*** they have to deal with. One way I deal with mine is by not taking it any more seriously than I have to.
Speaking of that, we have a problem in common--I saw your profile. I have chronic pain too, though it's not in my back. There are definitely other chronic people here; we know what it's like to suffer on the daily.
I know everyone has their own s*** to deal with and I try not to let it consume or control me but there are those days & I have to snap myself back.
I am sorry and can sympathize with anyone that deals with the devil of daily chronic pain.
