hi there! i'm new!
I have anxiety issues. Also, I'm moving away from my adult children because of my health issues. This and the health problems are what are causing my anxiety. That and financial concerns
Fortunately, I'll be with my husband and youngest son. We hope to move soon, jusst waiting on our current house to sell.
How do others of you deal with being away from your children?

yes, i've done that thank u. i'm a little beyond that with my anxiety.
we have to move but i don't want to. i'm afraid when the time comes, i'm going to lose it entirely. it's already extremely difficult for me to cope now

I know it may be not easy yet try to not project into the future some worries or fears, hopefully things will not be so negatively impacting. In any case to worry before time or to feed up fears will not help you, right?

@BeyondTheInvisible Hi, I'm new, joined 7 cups at the beginning of January and became a listener this last weekend.im waiting to find out whether I application for Verified Listener has been accepted not, fingers crossed.
Looking forward to getting to know and help more people although today will be pretty hit and miss as my granddaughter is with me and so I'll be keeping her entertained much of the time.
