Who to Contact?
I'm not sure if something I did "took" or not, because my dog sat on my phone when I was finished but hadn't submitted yet. I was in the other room and when I came back, my phone was on a completely different, unrelated page.
So I got the back button, and it went to the page I submitted, but all the fields were blank! So I re-entered everything and submitted, but got an error page saying the user name was taken.
So I don't know if the user name is referring to my original efforts, or if someone else has that user name already.
This is in regards to a listener account, thanks in advance! 🌹

I’m not 100% sure on what you mean but have you tried logging out and back in again and clicking on listener account? It sounds like the user name is taken if after submitting it came up with that message, have you tried another username?
@VC thank you your comment. No, I haven't tried logging out, and I should have known better, actually! I just go into panic mode when I don't know/understand something and everything else flies right out of my brain, it seems. And maybe part of why you don't really know what I meant in my post was due to all the typos in it. 🥴

@JustJacki It sounds to me like you were allocated the name. As VC says try logging out of your member account and then logging in to your listener, that usually does the trick. It will be great to have another listener onboard too 😄

Users can change their name in the first 14 days by using their Settings page. I see you joined approximately 13 days ago so I am thinking that the error code could be because the 14 days has expired ( depending on time zones). If that is the case then you can use this form to request a change

The day I posted these was the second or third day of been trying to change my user name. Is this a bug that I should report or something?
I tend to agree with you that the name was allocated to me, particularly as I did a listener search for the name and it didn't come up. Also I took a test that was for members only (the compassion test) and when I finished and went to view my score, it said the test was for members only????

PS: Can you divulge your secret on how you got that butterfly next to your name? Or is that part of your magic? 🤫
@JustJacki Of course it is magic lol! But you can change your pfp ( profile picture) in your Settings. on the browser that is so 7Cups.com then top right there is a drop-down list of options, and under Settings you can choose a different picture.

Okay, so how do you put the little "signature" or motto (or whatever it's called!) which I assume is attached to every post or comment you make, correct?

@blueAngel00 At the moment your posts appear with a green 'bl' by your name where my butterfly is, see below.
You can change your picture in Settings on the browser version ( 7cups.com) top right click on your current 'bl' and drop down menu to Settings then you will see the options there .

Now, about the listener account...
Apparently I do have a listener account now, according to the web. The app doesn't give me an option of choosing which account I want to sign into like the web does. Do I need to let someone know? Or is that just how it is?
Also, not sure you know, but about that "Create an H Path" submission invitation. But if you do... Suppose some questions aren't answered in the video, where do you go to ask your question? For that matter, where do you go to ask anything that isn't specific to a particular group, path, category, or anything else? Just questions in general? Like about the site overall, or to report a bug or glitch?
