Six hundred and something... working remotely, I get to wear the clothes I can't wear to work because they are too weird! But oh so comfy.
634) I made 20 egg rolls today. I sauteed firm marinated tofu for 10 minutes on a side and then cut in 1/4 inch cubes and mixed with cooked shredded carrots, diced onions and tahini sufficient to hold it together.
