I never have felt this broken in my life.
I just turned 56 and am trying to come to terms with a permanent spinal pain issue I was diagnosed with in 2017. I already struggle with depression and anxiety and seasonal trauma. I know age is just a number but that all changes when the body we have starts wearing out and the pain it creates interferes with daily life and our ability to be positive. I feel so alone now that I live alone and have no intimacy in my life anymore. I feel like the world is done with me and I have very little love.
@bgdave Hey..I hear you. Perhaps loneliness/feeling-isolated is a tough problem for any age. I am sorry to hear about your health issue. It must be tough for you. I would be happy to share a chat with you, if anytime you feel like. : )
