For this game lets try in alpha order to share some mindfulness things that we do or can do mindfully. For those hard letters you can always go online and ask someone in a room or 1;1 someone for some ideas or use Google or another search engine.

I will start A - eat an apple mindfully.

Next letter is B.

L -Let go. Let go of everything. To cling is the trap we fall in. Just let go and be whatever we are.

@HighSummoner92 I knew two friends who said that till the end...never say never...I guess it helps you go through all the torture with a grain of hope when at the end there is none...

@KristaMelena I know what you mean. In actuality, the mantra "never say never" is a sweeping generalization, because abiding by it depends upon the situation in question. For instance, an individual tries reaching a goal several times, and gets discouraged. They tell themselves "I'll never succeed." That would be a good time to refresh their thinking and tell them not to say never, with hard work it is possible to succeed. This could be applied to things such as: sports, careers, relationships and things of that nature. However, being realistic is sometimes more important than reassurance, especially if the person is vulnerable and susceptible to suggestion. We all tell ourselves things that help us cope with what we're facing, sometimes it's more important to hold onto hope, even if it's just in our mind. It's all strictly dependent on one's circumstances.
