C - Care for others. When we care for others our own suffering is not right before our eyes. We cannot rid ourselves of suffering faster than by helping others rid themselves of their suffering.

E - Equanimity. Even money is medium of exchange. It is a way to trade our labors for the things we need to flourish and help others. What associates money with not so good things is when people make money at any price and only think of themselves. It is a small world to just think of fulfilling our own needs.
