a word I wish I could have much more often in my vocabulary.
A good four letter simple word. Hope is another term for luck. Just do the right things at the right time and you don't have to worry about this anymore. Enjoy and simplify and limit your needs.
I will have to learn how to hope again. That is why I'm here among other reasons.

The word "Hope" means the longing for something to happen in the future.
This is counter productive as mindfulness teaches us that living in the future causes anxiety.
