This is an easy game to play - list something that you remember, it can be a word or phrase, it can be something old or even something new in your life and you have to start the word with the last letter of the last word. Have fun with it.

i sustained severe brain damage 25 yrs ago, and i've failed at three attempts to return to work, since then. i have what's called a Circadian Rythm dysfunction, where i am on a 24 1/2 hr schedule, so my 'day' is constantly changing... it does make it a little hard to have any kind of set routine that connects with others who are on the usualy 24 hr day~ who knows, this time next month, i might be getting up at 5 a.m. (as happened this morning ~

So sorry to hear that. That would be hard to do things and to cope. I do feel for you with the sleep since I myself have sleep issues.
