Would You Rather...

@M4GIC Easy--the book. As I've lived without a TV for decades & have never used Netflix, this is a choice I've made many times. The only change has been in the last five years due to chronic conditions making it hard to focus enough to read, so sometimes I go to YouRube instead... Even then, if I see something I like I just download it for later.

Reading allows my mind to work differently, in a positive way. Watching TV is a bit unpredictable and (often) provides less positive energy for me. In order to balance my mental and physical health, I like to stimulate my creative mind moreso. GREAT QUESTION - LOVE IT! ❤

I'd say your pastimes rather depend on your state of mind on a particular day.

My preference would always be a book which I can take into my garden and read there.

@M4GIC I would choose to read. It's better than a television. I can imagine the scenes of the book.
