Recruiting Mentor Leaders! 🌟

Hello everybody!

We’re excited to share that we are now opening applications for Mentor Leaders in two areas:

• Group Support (GS Domain) → overseeing and leading different projects/initiatives within GS.

• Chat Support (CS Role) → guiding and supporting the growth of Chat Supporters.

✅ Open to both Teens and Adults. (Listeners ONLY)

🔹 Group Support Mentor Leader

Requirements:

• At least 2 months’ experience as a GS Mentor or Moderator, or currently working towards this goal.

• Should have a project under GS in mind to support or lead.

  • This could be an existing project (Vibe Check Initiative, Lifts & Lights, RS Team, Mod Team, GSM Team, Discussions Team).

  • Or a new project idea you’d like to introduce!

🔹 Chat Support Mentor Leader

Requirements:

• At least 2 months’ experience as a Chat Supporter.

• Willing to either:

  • Manage the grading/onboarding process for CS, or

  • Lead a CS-focused project (like check-ins with all Chat Supporters).

🍀 Training & Growth Path

• All selected applicants will first serve as Project Agents for one month to gain hands-on experience.

• If they continue with good performance, they will be promoted to Mentor Leaders.
