Get an alert created for the project you need help with! Learn how here!
Hello everyone!!
So many of you (listeners in particular) love to have you project featured on alerts! We love it to because it means your project gets more visibility and participation! That said, recently we have seen a surge in these types of alerts being created. In order to ensure the alert system is used to it's fullest potential, we want add a little more structure to this system. Instead of having individual alerts for each help wanted notice, we will combine them all into one alert at the start of every week! To get us started, @Quickjazz has volunteered to help us out!
Moving forward we'll ask that you use this protocol when requesting an alert get created for your project:
1) Send @QuickJazz a PM and let her know you'll need an alert created. When you reach out to her, please include the following information:
------> Project Name
------> Hyperlink to forum thread about the project
------> Who is it for? Members, listeners or both!
2) 1-2 times per week, depending on the volume, Jazz will change out the alert to include your project. Your project will be featured along side other projects for that week!
You alert will look something like this:
Subject line: Volunteer Projects Help Wanted: Week of Feb 20
Body of alert: Project name with Hyperlink to forum post about the project
Excited to help out! I think this is a really good idea that will help us all

There are more and more tags nowadays and I know sometimes we become irritated when we see another notification with a personal tag when we are not interested in the topic. Thank you for coming up with a solution @Laura. And thank you @QuickJazz for helping out with it!
