Heyo - welcome to the mentor team. I am pleased to see you join and I wish you the very best during your journey in the community leadership.
My personal view of community leadership is that it is a form of service. Being a mentor does not elevate you above others, but rather it gives you the supreme opportunity to serve the community in a deeper way. This is a very precious gift :)
