New Group Support Mentor Leader!!
Hello!
I am pleased to announce that @AlwaysEli is the new Group Support Mentor Leader. Eli will be helping us to develop and establish effective communication across the group support team (Room supporters, Moderators, Support Team Leaders, and so on).
As many of you might be noticed, Eli organizing and hosting team meetings and discussions lately for room supporters, chatroom moderators, and support team leaders. We are taking all these steps to ensure good communication between group support team members so as a stronger and healthier team, we support the community effectively and each other.
Eli will also be helping us to revive the Buddy Program for Moderators and Room Supporters, so every new chatroom moderator or room supporter gets all the dedicated help and support they need under the guidance of our existing moderators and room supporters. With the new addition to Group Support Mentor Leader Team, here is a reminder of who is doing what now:
- @BrilliantTurtle89: Oversees the entire chatroom moderator application, training, and onboarding process for both adults and teens.
- @KindSoul10: Oversees the adult room supporter applications, training, and onboarding process.
- @WendyBird15: teen room supporter applications, training, and onboarding process.
- @VickyP: oversees the group support sessions and guided discussions related stuff
- @AlwaysEli: focused on communication aspects within the group support team as well as with the community
- @ASilentObserver: Team Oversight, Lot of monitoring and meetings, Safety Reports, big picture stuff, and more!
