What I've learnt recently as a listener is every member has a different way of communicating
I think and react differently.
So it can take time and space, to get your point heard and understood 💚🤗

I just started taking online courses in HTML,
it will help me further my knowledge in helping out with our dashboards.
It's a whole lot of fun! And I do enjoy it a whole lot!

I love this, H! I think it is good to remember that we can always learn something new and we can always learn something from each other. We all have all sorts of life experiences that can be beneficial. It is important to listen to those around you, take in their feedbacks, and reassess at times. I have lately been reading some to expand my knowledge as a leader.
