One on One Chat hours

Can anyone help me to better understand how the one on one chat hours and how chats are counted. I have had many chats and my account only says i have had 5.

Hi there @beautifulblossom are you asking about chat hours in the reference of some academy program you’re doing here? Or in general?
1 chat= 30 messages exchanged between listener and member
So if it says 5 chats for you currently, that would mean you’ve exchanged 5*30=150 messages with members so far!
As you keep chatting more, your chat count will continue to increase.
