• A new idea you’re excited about
I'll start us off by sharing that I am fleshing out the LCR initiative with the goal of making it easy and accessible for most any listeners to host. This may become a team if it's successful, but I am excited about it bringing up people to lead without really knowing they are since the ask is low pressure. Fingers crossed it gets a ton of traction!
