Urgency Culture
I saw this on Linkedin, and I thought it was something worth sharing.

Fast does not mean valuable. Be okay with taking your time. Taking care of yourself is okay and should be done.
What’s one boundary that’s helped you reclaim peace whether here as a leader on 7cups or anywhere in your life?

@Remina This is so true, thanks for posting. @TinyWhisper11 and @jesusredeemedme2425 you both are awesome and sprinkle so much love so know it's ok to take a rest and you deserve some love back 💜🥰
Awww thank you! <3
What helps me is reflecting whether seemingly urgent things are really that important, in the spirit of the Eisenhower Matrix, one of the pillars of the Time Management course.
I often change the 3rd quadrant, "Delegating", to "I'm sorry, I can't do this".
The freedom to decide "No, I won't do this" is exhilarating.

@Remina
I love this… Saying no is AWESOME! <3

@Remina Good post Remina, it's so true. I feel like time has started to control people instead of people controlling themselves too. There is no rush, self compassion, self love, self respect, no stress, being relaxed, peace, calm are normal things and are good to have.
