✏What is your idea of spending a balanced time on 7cups? Share your idea of how a good day looks like on 7cups, for you.

✎it's just like work hours, although our careers matter to us, we can't spend the whole day working.

I think spending a full day on 7cups will eventually lead to addiction.

so to avoid that, having fixed/scheduled time could be helpful to some people.

A good day doesn't necessarily mean staying the whole day on the website but to help people passionately.

✏What challenges did you face in trying to strike that balance?

✎I've a hard time making time to help others and managing my studies.

specifically that being here is addicting. However, I log out when I feel I'm spending so much time xd

✏How did you try to deal with those challenges?

✎by logging out each time I feel I'm taking so much time from my studies and constantly reminding myself that I have other responsibilities as well.

✏What are the benefits of improving your balance for the time you spend on cups?

✎learning time management! I'm a very random person so I don't usually have plans before doing anything. though being here I'm slowly learning how to manage my day hours in which I get time to help members and stay focused on my personal life too.

✏What message would you like to give to the cupsers who have come to be negatively attached to cups, in one of the many ways?

✎take baby steps in overcoming your addiction < 3
