December 2020 Event - Loneliness during the Holidays

Hey Everyone!

As part of one of the December events 2020 today we will be discussing Loneliness during the
holidays.

Loneliness during the holidays is extremely common, know that you are not alone in this feeling!
It is also a very okay feeling to experience! The holiday season is typically a time of love, joy
and happiness, which makes it easy to feel lonely if you are not able to be with loved ones, or
don’t have anyone to share the joy with.

It is extremely important to remember to take care of ourselves during this time and to be gentle
with ourselves. Self care and focusing on things we enjoy can really make us feel better! Talking
to others can be helpful as well, please feel free to reach out to one of our amazing listeners if

Sometimes it’s important during these difficult times not to focus too much on what we don’t
have, but rather focus on what we do have. We can remember to be grateful and remember
what we are grateful for. Please know we are all in this together here, and you are not alone in
