Star Rating
Does anyone know how to get a star rating? I have like everything done to get my Active Listening Level 1 certificate, but I'm just missing like the star rating, and the people I have helped usually don't respond back when I mention to leave a review.
@ColorfulSkittles594 The star rating is given by a member when you end your chat! To end your chat, you go to the top left of the member you are chatting with and click on the three dots. Once there, click on "End Chat." If that is not done, then the member cannot leave a star review or a written review.
@IvoryNotes Oh okay. How many star ratings do we need for the first listening certificate?
@ColorfulSkittles594 You need a minimum of 3.0 star rating! For more clarification, you can head to "Training" and click on "Certificates." As far as I'm aware, there is no mention of needing a specific number of ratings for that😊
