Man I understand I had a meth and cocaine edition about ate me up the worst thing is more cocaine at work than it was even in my home. All you do is take it one day at a time get yourself support good get the meanings go to 12 steps the house when you talk to lean on that's what people we are there for and I promise it gets easier every day.

I'm sorry to hear that you are struggling w this right now. I too had quite the cocaine habit in my 20's. I had to stop doing all things that "triggered" that lust in me, which meant going to bars and hanging out w certain friends. A detox program can help you get clean, a residential program may help you gain the skills you need to move forward into the world without cocaine. There's a medication called vigabatrin that helps block the cravings for cocaine. There are alternatives to AA/NA too. Refuge Recovery is a Buddhist based form of AA w a more meditative, accepting approach. SMART recovery is science based and operates a little differently than the typical 12-step programs. It's OK to ask for help w this, it's out there and many have been where you are now. Good luck...
