A recent post gave me the idea, that it could be nice for us to have here a thread here of TED talks on addiction, particularly any one's that people have personally found to be helpful. This is going to be that thread, and I'll start by posting some here, but please feel free to also post your own. I also encourage you to reflect on, and comment on what you found helpful / useful from watching them. (Please also feel free to disagree with things said in the talk, but try to be kind in your responses if they helped someone else. We are all on our own journey's and what works for one person may not help another.)
