What is your idea of spending a balanced time on 7cups? Share your idea of how a good day looks like on 7cups, for you.

A good day is sharing myself, my own experiences and understanding and assisting with helpful suggestions.

What challenges did you face in trying to strike that balance?

There may be members who are overly negative or take everything I say in a negative and pessimistic way.

How did you try to deal with those challenges?

I do my best to explain the positive side of issues in life and encourage.

What are the benefits of improving your balance for the time you spend on cups?

I learn more about myself in dealing with what others are going through. I become more mature, wise and less reactive. I become aware of choosing response not reaction.

What message would you like to give to the cupsers who have come to be negatively attached to cups, in one of the many ways?

You can always observe if something is negative when it isn't giving you anything usefull, beneficial or helpful. Everything is a choice and you can always choose a positive. Being aware of the negative is an opportunity to transform it.
