Advice on quitting smoking?
I really want to stop. I've been chain smoking during the summer, and I want to quit the habit before it gets even worse. Any advice?
Well done wanting to quit is the most important step. I started snoking heavy to copewith anxiety but then became evident wasnt rwally workibg but was now adicted. Tried gum and smokeless cigs but thatwas still feeding the adiction. So I just quit cold turkey 4 days in bed tgen acoyple weeks with one minor hicup and ivwe done it. You can do it because.. you want to!!!
I used to be a heavy smoker, and tried quitting on endless occasions. I realised, it's not so much the cigarettes you're addicted to, rather, it's the habit. The habit of keeping your hands busy, or the habit of routine, or the habit of accomplishing something and rewarding yourself with a cigarette.
I thought I would never quit because I have no will power, so I can't say I tried X, Y and Z. I did, however, invest in a vapouriser pen. I call her Penny. She's amazing. I have some flavoured cartridges for it, too.
With the aid of Penny, I've quit smoking cigarettes, and it's been just over 3 months that I haven't touched one. P.S. It also looks cool, and generates a lot of attention on a night out. Whilst everyone else is out dosing their lungs up with nicotine, Penny makes you stand out, and you can be sure that a few sleazy sluts will ask you for a sample.
U can try nicotene chewing gums. At first they are hard to take in and taste not so good but when u start em regularly its not that bad. It also reduces ur smoking activity and later when the affect is strong u will stop smoking continuously. Take care :)
How many do you smoke a day? If you smoke20 sticksa dayI have a technique for you. personally I was smoking 30 sticksof cigarettes a day. but my family was getting worried so I lowered my smoking to 25sticks after a week. the next week I was smoking 20 sticks after a week 15 sticks after 2 weeks 10 sticks and now I only smoke 5 sticks a week. I am very happy with my technique and I hope it can help you. God bless. :)
I recently became a hanydman and boy did it help me. The trick is to keep your mind occupied as much as possible as long as possible. Hope this helps!

I used the corona to quit.
Move been smoking for more than 10 years, ever since college. And I just quit three months ago.
I did these things to replace the habit:
- to keep myself busy I walked like crazy. I walked maybe 15,000 steps everyday
- ate fruit whenever I got a craving
the first month is was horrible. Second month less so, and now Im back to normal I think.
