Am I really an alcoholic?

Hello all! I have never posted in a group before and I am not really sure how this works. I hope I am doing this right. I am afraid I might have an alcohol addiction but I am not sure if it can be classified that way. I don’t want to throw around the word addiction as I know so many people struggle with it. I just want help in understanding if I am an alcoholic or if there is something I can do to improve myself.
