Sex is needed and I did not sufficient amount of it. I used to *** for years. At about the age of 11 or 12, I regularly *** like an adult.
Now I am 41 and married for the last 6 years.
Now I need to sex with my wife but due to some reseason, I can not get enough.

I too struggle with the need for pleasure. The fact that you are acknowledging the issue is the biggest step you could ever make. Thank you for being able to recognize the issue. Let’s normalize finding ways to pleasure ourselves with something other than sex. What do you really enjoy besides sex? Let’s magnify the enjoyment we get from doing non-sexual things and embrace it more often. ❤️ peace and blessings.
