Post amphetamine addiction or inability to find support

I think I may be suffering from a post amphetamine possibly induced anedonia effect severely affecting me. It's not really an adiction or withdrawal so to speak, but probably from years of taking them where using to study at college years ago, I think I may have developed a normal depletion of natural neurotransmitters causing an almost severe inhibition of ability to do normal day to day tasks without overthinking due to action related motor sequences creating abnormality. In other words, every task that should be done has an intense abnoral time dependency associated with it caught me to overtime the timing of even the most miniscule actions every second. To further elaborate, my main point now is that I think I would gain large therapeutic benefit from taking extremely small dosage of a dopaminergic medication in order to have normal baseline levels again to allow me to do the actions I need to do until I get grounded again. The problem here is I don't currently have any health insurance, and can't find a job even though I search for countless hours every day. It is really driving me up a wall, creating difficulty socializing, sometimes overthinking every word of a text message or post, and of course making communication difficult. I live in a state where rent is extremely high so that is really not helping the situation either. I could really use support through this right now since I can't even find a doctor to talk to.
