I have sexual thoughts that spinning around again and again and again and I can’t stop them
it’s like I’m addicted to sexual thoughts and feelings. Anyone else feeling the same?

Hello and welcome. Thank you for sharing. I'm curious if your thoughts are impersonal or directed to particular individuals.
For me, it comes in waves. I can take months off and not think of it, but then it comes back and I am more preoccupied again. Sometimes seeking out, looking for contact, or sometimes enjoying when it comes to me.
