Sugar
I'm a 30 year old girl who suffers from a sugar addiction. This might sound funny and maybe not so bad but over the holiday I found out my father's side of the family, the whole side mind you, suffers from type 2 diabetes. Now, I'm reading up on how bad having this condition can actually be. And in doing so I tried to cut back on my sugar intake. I didn't realize I was an addict until I found myself shoving chocolate and candy down my throat while researching Type 2 Diabetes unable to say "No" to just one more piece of sweet candy. It was insane, and the more I stressed over it the more I've consumed. But I'm going to overcome this. I know I can, I just dont know exactly how.
You're honestly so, so brave and courageous to have to go through this! How have you been coping lately?
