Tracking
I'm interested: how many of you guys track your drink / drug use in some form? (e.g. by keeping a paper recorded, using a worksheet, on an app) And why or why not?
@roseMelody95 I do track my drink and alcohol use. I always use to just use a notebook, but now I use an app as well, which I find useful. It makes it easier to see long-term trends and such that way.
There have been studies that have shown that, similarly to keeping a food diary if you're on a diet, just by tracking / charting your drug and alcohol use you may reduce the amount you use naturally. It you haven't tried it before, it may be a stragagy to consider. It also gives you valuable statistical feedback as to how you're actually doing, because our memories may be impaired, and we may not always remember every we have been taking, or how much.
