Trying to stop husband from smoking

I'm really upset that my husband smokes at work. He never smokes at home so that's a relief. But I hate that he smokes at work with his boss and sometimes with colleagues. Is there anything I can do to make him stop? Talking about it only pisses him off.

Sadly we only quit if we want to
Nothing can change it, we must get to that point in our own. Its a horrible addiction, and you might not realize how hard it already is for him to refrain from smoking at home.
I wish i knew something more helpful to say
