Trying to stop smoking
Find something else you like doing to replace the smoking when the urges come or your brain will pick one for you and you might end up back to square one or switching up the addiction with another.
I'm 17 days clean off cigarettes. Still feels like fiction to me.
I really can't advise much on this since I'm not really sure what will work out for you but finding something to replace it with something you like definitely helps. For me it was sweets and at the same time, what I did was I treated smoking/cigarettes as something I had an emotional attachment with and I tried hard to associate it with my bad experiences and tried to put the blame on it like a bad ex (sounds dumb I know haha) Fortunately, it worked out for me and I'm at my sixth year now. Good luck with your journey!
