I’m not sure if anyone else can relate, but I struggle taking time to rest. Does anyone know anything that can help overcome on this addition easier? Thank you for your time 🫂

I have extremely similar issues, if I am alone and don’t have any other people around me, I genuinely spend all of my time working and can’t tire. Personally, I force physical activity into different blocks of my day. For example, “I’m not allowed to do this zoom call with my employees until after my walk.” I know that sounds bizarre, but it really works to just force your body to move and your head to clear.

It's a good thing I came to you for this, it's all about getting ourselves some exposure, this falls in line with the things we watch I will be the first to gain recognition on the things we very put into our homes.

At last we can write ourselves into a coma because I come from the hospital that goes to show I was there although I am not searching for the usual because I finally found somebody like me who works hard.

I admit sometimes I do not know where I come from but let's put that up on the case, we overcame this, I am proud of b us.
