I’ve just started vaping but I really wouldn’t say I started, more like I tried it and I’m unsure about it. I don’t like the idea of it and I don’t even like getting buzzed that much so what’s the point I ask myself. it’s like just the idea of doing something that I shouldn’t be doing fills me with a bunch of adrenaline and that adrenaline keeps my mind occupied which means I don’t have all my constant thoughts. I’m so confused on what this means tho.

I’m in a very similar situation, I vaped on and off for about three weeks when I was around my sister (who vapes) but I decided I’d taper down and stop because it felt like my mind was “readjusting?” to it. I’m tapering off right now, (tomorrow will be the first day I totally go without it) I was vaping to get my mind off my cat being critically sick, but also to shake up my brain with adrenaline so I’d get off my butt and raise vet money. but yeah, the buzz isn’t that appealing when the nicotine jacks up my anxiety by 300% :/ I wondered if maybe I tried vaping to self-sabotage? But I think that might just be me being too harsh with myself.

yeah I totally get what you mean. getting buzzed isn’t even appealing to me yet when I’m having like a terrible night I still want to do it. but how are you now?
