Hey everyone

I have been dealing drug and alcohol abuse since I was a teen and been trying to get help but how can I do it on my own while I seek for support

Hi @MrBlueEyes32.

I suggest you get a support system like this website to keep you centered along with positive not negative role models or friends.  Mental health meetings can help you relate to others who are like you.

Spiritual focus can help to. This is all up to you how to complete your journey for sobriety and salvation. 

Your going in the right direction BlueEyes you should be proud of yourself and what you want for your future 1🌟
