Easily and addictively attached to people
What you guys do if you're someone who gets attached to people so easily and feel wrecked once they leave?

If you're someone who gets attached easily, you're not broken you’re deeply human. It means you feel things fully, you care deeply, and you love with your whole heart. That’s not a weakness, even if sometimes it hurts more than it should.
When someone leaves, it can feel like a part of you was ripped away, like you’re grieving not just them but the version of yourself that existed when they were around. And that’s a real kind of pain. You’re allowed to mourn it. You’re allowed to cry, to miss them, to feel like it’s hard to breathe sometimes.
But also remember this: the same heart that feels wrecked right now is the same heart that made beautiful connections, that brought warmth into someone else’s life, and that will heal. Slowly, maybe unevenly, but it will and with each healing, it becomes stronger, wiser, and still beautifully soft.
Please don’t ever shame yourself for feeling too much. This world needs more people who care the way you do. You’re not alone, and your heart is more resilient than you think. You’re going to be okay even if today, it doesn’t feel that way.

I believe if you asked about it someone with a clinician's inclinations, they could probably say that as a result of your early emotional experiences you might have developed an anxious attachment style. But I think it could be only a part of the story.
I agree there is nothing wrong in loving someone deeply, and feeling devastated when left or rejected. It's what makes us human.
Among various people there might be various definitions of close relationships. Some people believe that in a relationship you are like two neighbouring yards, with a fence between them. But the gates between them are often open and a special guest is always welcome.
But there are also some other people, whose relationships are more like "I am melting into you, you are melting into me". When there is no longer "you" and "me", but a new person is born between two people in love. "Another you together with another me" rather than two separate beings. And that's is why the farewell hurts the most, because some very new and vulnerable part of you is going away with the partner who is suddenly absent.
I have experienced it many times myself...
But... we are born alone and usually die alone. No partner is given to us forever, even if he or she is our love for a lifetime.
What would come to your mind when you thought about the things which would support you when you are alone? Is it your God (no matter under what name), or maybe a kind of a guardian angel? Is it your parents, siblings or grandparents? Or friends? Are you a good friend to yourself, too? Kind and understanding...
The thing is I got nothing to support me when I'm alone, the only thing that would actually supports me is someone who really cares about me (not a family), when care can be temporarily sometimes
However, I get attached to those who show care and love, and would feel something is grapping my heart out the moment they think to leave even temporarily (which makes sense)
A short story, there was an online friend who used to be so good to me which barely happens, she cared about every detail about me for a few days, she dealed with my insecurities like a pro and she loved me heart, but she still has her own life, her own swings and inconveniences, but I couldn't deal with that, she shows up once every a few days saying hi and making sure I'm good but that was killing me, I always thought she'd leave me since she's not the way she was no more (that's also an insecurity).
Life is really hard and getting attached to people is very hard, considering that I don't like myself, I got looks insecurity, I got sex insecurity, I got people opinions about me insecurity, people would leave me anyways insecurity and a lot others.
