Gambling addiction

I previously had a heavy gambling addiction 4-5 years ago & was able to step away from it mostly due to most of the sites banning me but with the Prediction markets becoming a thing the temptation returned & I began in the habit again in trying to find ways to fight the urge to fall into it when I’m bored/overthinking/depressed it’s kinda like I focus so hard in that moment I don’t care about what it could cause if it doesn’t go my way
