Gaming Addiction
Does anyone had or has Gaming addiction?
Its the only thing i ve been doing since i was 7 and now am 21.
I am struggling to find an alternative, nothing stimulates my brain as intense and good as it.
I kinda give up....

That's a long time, it's not surprising nothing else excites you as much!
But it is possible to reclaim your life.
By slowly spending less time gaming each day.
Starting with an hour less.
Then two.
Then three.
Until it's not something that consumes you anymore!

I like gaming but I'm not addicted, I always feel better when I take a break and have earned that gaming downtime.
I know it's frustrating that it consumes you. I would keep trying to find other purposes that fulfil you so you can have a more balanced life.
When you find that, it will boost you in a way you didn't expect. At least you're here opening up :)
Think back, maybe you had other interests that you forgot about it?
As someone who has been addicted to screens and gaming for much of my life, there are games I cannot play.
I've had to sell my console because of the amount of time I was playing. Gaming answered to need for adventure that I have, and I haven't found a healthy thing that gives me the same feeling.
Healthy activities do not give the high dopamine hit that addiction gives, so we need lots of safe activities to replace something that really hooked us
