Hi I am a young male who has a girlfriend but I keep going to others for intimate things I need to stop because it's gonna end up hurting her and us and it's hurting me I know what I'm doing is wrong and I'm trying to stop but it's hard

And it's important as difficult as this is to not be allowing others to use you in this way, intimacy is important and special , but with the right person.
You both deserve to be happy.
It's important to try and put your energies into something else like exercise or the gym before you lost what you already have 🩷
