How do I cope with wanting to relapse?

I will hit my 6 month sobriety in a couple days and all the memories are coming back I want to feel numb again and be as carefree as I was when I was using I get the urge to relapse almost every day and don’t know how to cope with it or how to voice to my girlfriend that I get those urges because I feel like it would break her even more then when I was using
