I made the first step
So I made the first step, I reached out to gamcare, I gave my bank cards to my partner and locked myself out of banking online and added gamban to my phone. The last gambling I did was this morning, it's gunner be hard I no it is.
Anyone reading I'm a 28 year old lady with a gambling problem I've gambled for 3 years but getting worse as the years go by, I have 4 children and pregnant with twins. My partner I'm lucky to have him he never lets me down or leaves just fights for me and stay. I downloaded this app hoping it'll help me along with my recovery. I do feel ready but i also no I've got a MASSIVE fight ahead. With a very long road.
