I am just addicted to my phone my pc and idk what to do about it I have tried multiple times limits keeping it of deleting the YouTube app or *** I just don’t know man

I use ScreenZen on my phone. It’s a free app, and you can use it yourself, or have your parents/spouse/someone else use a code to lock it for you. It can give you a time limit or block sites/apps entirely! It works super well :)
