My thoughts are not leaving me alone i am trying to avoid porn but adult web series soft porn any porn is too difficult to resist any guidance to dealt with that? Anyone facing same issue ?

I don't personally have this issue but I do suffer with addiction. Have you looked into porn anonymous and maybe trying to work there 12 steps. Have you tried cutting back and keeping a journal so you can journal your progress.
