I know it's difficult and you are exploring at your age.
But as difficult as it is.
You need to get out and away from the devices.
Put your energy into other things.
Exercise.
Distract yourself until you are not longer fixated.
Porn is not a healthy or true depiction of what happens in a real and healthy relationship!
