Porn addiction
Hello all,
I am addicted to porn and have not really been able to find a way to stop. I’ve stoped for up to a month before but always comes back. I am religious too, I believe in Jesus and that God forgives us for our sins but I do feel a lot of shame when I watch it. I’m not perfect I know but I feel like I should be better. I have been watching porn atleast once a week for about 25 years. Doesn’t really affect my life yet, but if my family found out I’m sure I would loose it. And that is what scares me second most, God at some point saying I’m not worth it is my greatest fear.

P.orn is a normal part of life and it's healthy and natural, the problem persists when it takes over or makes us feel guilty and it's not about enjoyment anymore.
It can also take us away from real intimacy and create unnatural expectations of what we should expect in a relationship.

It's important to slowly distract yourself by putting the devices away and putting your energy into something more physical 💙
