Hi you guys my name is Zero to Hero. I'm a porn addict. I really want to see women as a human being not an object. Is there anyway to have a mental mindshift for my thinking? I don't mind being single. I'm thirty years of age. Never had physical intimacy with a woman.

Hey 🤗💚

I appreciate your honesty!

And opening up.

Sadly so many people start watching pornography from a young age.

Not knowing the impact it will have.

Most of it is harmless and natural but this stops being enough.

It's about instant gratification and when this wears off, people seek deeper, darker stuff than never happens in a healthy or intimate relationship.

It leads to a sense of entitlement.

And unrealistic expectations from a partner.

It leads to fixations.

And it leads to isolation.

Every woman is valuable, because of who she is and not because of what her body can do.

She's not there for any mans mere gratification.

Mindset can change.

It involves switching off and putting all this energy into a healthy physical activity that expels tension in a better way.

It's possible 💚

Hey ,kudos for your honesty because not many may have the guts to open up like that and the thought of change that you want in your life itself is appreciative.

I think people go through this never ending guilt cycle and that's one reason they are not able to stop that so get that type of guilt driven addiction out of your mind

Your perspective for change itself shows that you respect women and u genuinely from your subconscious mind think women as valuable and respectful as any other person.

i don't know whether this will help and wanted to share this.
